**How do I get started?**

**Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?**
Yes! Start with Basic and upgrade to Premium when you need features like reports, returns, credit management, or multi-store. No penalties.

**Can I combine Cash and M-Pesa?**
Absolutely. If a customer has KES 200 cash and wants to pay the remaining KES 500 via M-Pesa, StockWise POS handles that easily.

**Do you offer training?**
Yes. We help you set up everything and train your staff so you can hit the ground running.

**What about data security?**
Your data is safe and backed up daily. Your staff can only see what you allow them to see.

**Can I use StockWise POS offline?**
Currently, you need internet. But it uses very little data. Offline mode is coming soon for the Android app.
